COVID-19 Social Distancing and Safety Protocols
The health and safety of our guests, staff and cast are of the utmost importance to us. In order to offer the safest, most enjoyable experience possible, we have made a number of changes that will affect your visit. The information below explains these changes.

Green Pass
From 6th August 2021, pursuant to Article 3 of the Italian Legislative Decree 23rd July 2021 n.105, access to the shows of the Ravello Concert Society will be allowed only to spectators with a Green Pass. At the entrance to the concert venue you just need to show your Green Pass with its QR code and an identity document.
You can get the Green Pass with:
• A dose of Covid-19 vaccine
• The completed Covid-19 vaccination course
• Certificate of a rapid molecular or antigen test with a negative result for the Sars-Cov-2 virus, carried out no later than 48 hours prior to the show
• Certificate certifying that you have been healed from Covid-19 in the last 6 months.
EU Covid Digital Certificates / Green Passes obtained in other European Union countries are also valid in Italy.
According to the circular of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, "vaccination certificates" are also valid for citizens of NON-EU countries as long as they are written in Italian, English, French, Spanish. If the certificate was not issued in one of the four languages indicated, it must be accompanied by a sworn translation. The vaccines currently accepted in Italy and authorized by EMA are: Comirnaty (Pfizer-BioNtech), Spikevax (Modern), Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca), Janssen (Johnson & Johnson)
Children under the age of 12 and those who have a suitable medical certification issued according to the criteria defined in the circular of the Ministry of Health are exempt from the obligation of the Green Pass.
Those who arrive at the concert venues without the Green Pass will not be admitted without the right to a refund of the admission ticket.

Social Distance Seating
In order to maintain social distancing between seats, we have reduced the capacity of the theater from 120 to 40, equaling only 33% capacity. In order for us to afford to perform with these few seats, we are placing some restrictions on your choice of seats.
1) Seats are not numbered.
2) All seats are pairs or single. There are no groups larger than 2. If your group is larger than 2, you will have to split up. We will do our best to seat you near one another.
3) If you only need a single seat (or if your group is an odd number), you must take one of the single seats available. You will not be allowed to break up a pair of seats unless all single seats have been occupied.

Safety Protocols
Please review these before you book your seats.
In order to offer the safest, most enjoyable experience possible, we encourage the on line booking to avoid items (as paper tickets) changing hands.
We will be thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the theater after each performance. This includes all high-touch areas such as restrooms, seat armrests and door handles.
Hand sanitizer stations will be available at entrance and in the restrooms.
Our staff will be staying home if they are sick, and we ask you to do the same. If you are not feeling well, please contact the theater immediately, and we will do our best to reschedule your tickets.
The doors of the theater will open earlier than usual in an effort to cut down on lines. You will be able to enter the theater anytime in the 30 minutes prior to the start time.
Staff will take your temperature at the entrance.
The wearing of masks will be required (this means when you are sitting in your seat, when entering, exiting, using the restroom or otherwise walking around). We will have a limited number of masks available for purchase if you arrive without one. You will not be allowed to enter the theater without one, and refunds will not be issued if you refuse to wear one. There will be no exceptions.
Marks on the floor will help you social distance as you enter and exit the theater. We may also have to delay your entrance into and exit from the theater if a line has formed. Staff will be available to assist with this.
If you pay at the door you have to communicate your phone number to contact you, if requested by the health authority as per current legal provisions.
The show will be performed with a very short intermission.
There will be no printed show programs (to avoid items changing hands). A digital version of the full program will be available at www.ravelloarts.org and will remain there for the entire run of the show.
